Barberpedia Content Creator Agreement

Grant of License

The Content Creator hereby grants Barberpedia a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and add the Course titled "[Course Title]" to the Barberpedia curriculum. This license allows Barberpedia to include the Course in its educational offerings for global use in the platform's training programs.

Compensation

Barberpedia agrees to compensate the Content Creator as follows:

• Flat Fee: Up to $100 for How-to Videos.
• Flat Fee: Up to $250 for CEU Courses.
• Revenue Share: 30% of Barberpedia’s revenue generated from the use of their content within the Barberpedia platform's curriculum.

Payment Terms

Creators will be paid on a quarterly basis for the content added to Barberpedia’s platform. Payments will be made via direct bank transfer based on revenue generated from their content.

Creator’s Rights

The Content Creator retains ownership of all intellectual property rights. Barberpedia will have the right to modify or update the content as necessary to meet the platform’s educational requirements, such as adding captions, translations, or necessary updates.

Content Updates

Content Creators are responsible for providing necessary updates to their content if required by Barberpedia to ensure its relevance and accuracy for the global audience.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting content to Barberpedia, the Content Creator agrees to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from submitting content to Barberpedia.

Content Ownership

The Content Creator retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights to their submitted content. However, Barberpedia is granted a non-exclusive license to use, distribute, and modify the content as part of its curriculum for global educational purposes.

Compensation and Payment

Content Creators will receive compensation based on the type and quality of content they provide:

• How-to Videos: Up to $100 per video.
• CEU Courses: Up to $250 per course.
• Revenue Share: 30% of Barberpedia’s revenue generated from the content linked to their courses on the platform.

Creators will receive payments quarterly, based on content-related revenue from Barberpedia’s platform.

Content Modifications

Barberpedia may modify or update the content as necessary for platform compatibility, educational value, or legal compliance. The Content Creator will be notified of any major modifications.

Content Withdrawal

If a Content Creator wishes to withdraw their content from Barberpedia’s platform, they must notify Barberpedia in writing. Barberpedia will honor the request within 30 days, but any payments due for content provided before withdrawal will still be honored.

Term and Termination

This agreement shall remain in effect for as long as the content is included in Barberpedia’s curriculum. Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 30 days written notice. Termination does not affect the right to receive payments for content distributed before the termination date.
