January 2015 - The Beginning
Barberpedia started as a vision to provide barbers with better education and resources. The logo also began to take shape during this time.
2015 - The Birth of Sharp
The first Barberpedia logo was introduced, featuring a barber pole with a graduation cap, symbolizing our mission to sharpen the skills of barbers worldwide.
2022 - Sharp Evolves
Sharp became more than just a logo—he became a fully realized character with his own personality and purpose.
2024 - Barberpedia Expands
Barberpedia introduced digital tools, including Sharp AI, to assist barbers in business and education.
The Evolution of Barberpedia
As Sharp took on new life, so did our brand. The Barberpedia logo transformed into a refined representation of our mission. The new logo tells a deeper story—one that connects to both tradition and education.
- The barber pole on the left side of the "B" symbolizes the rich heritage and craftsmanship of barbering, a nod to the trade’s deep-rooted history.
- The two apostrophes forming the right side of the “B” represent knowledge, conversation, and the continuous passing down of skills from one generation to the next. Just as apostrophes indicate possession or contraction in language, here they symbolize the ownership of knowledge and the bridging of past and future in the barbering profession.
- The circular design surrounding the “B” represents unity, community, and the global reach of Barberpedia—a space where barbers of all levels come together to learn and grow.
